About Us

Obtained a first degree in English Language (with Education) from the University of Ife (now, Obafemi Awolowo University) Ile-Ife in 1987. In 1989, obtained a PGD in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos; and in 1992, obtained M.Sc. also in Mass Communication from the same university. Currently, a Doctoral student [with focus on Development Communication] in the same department and university.

‘Sola started his advertising career in 1992 at Rock Forte Advertising Limited as a Client Service Executive and rose to become a Senior Client Service Executive. He later joined the Research and Public Relations Department at the Secretariat of the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON) from 1994 to 1996. He later moved to the highly demanding Vetting & Inspectorate Department as Head of Department, and Secretary to the Advertising Standards Panel, ASP.
As a veteran and resource person he was a Tutorial Class Lecturer, an examiner, and a supervisor of students’ project for APCON in the Certificate and Diploma in Advertising Programme of the Council. Some of the courses taught included, Introduction to Mass Communication; Communication Skills; Advertising Research Methodology and Media Management. He authored two of the lecture series: Introduction to Mass Communication (now in print and published by APCON) and Advertising Research Methodology.

Mr. Akinsiku joined Optimum Exposures Limited [a leading Outdoor Advertising, Signage Production & Consulting firm in Nigeria] in 1998 as Customer Service Manager.
In 2001, founded KOK VISIBILITY EDGE, an outdoor Advertising firm. Also practices Public Relations and publishes a magazine, BRAND VISIBILITY. Since then he has founded many other companies including;

• Visibility Dynamics Publishing Limited [Publishers of BRAND VISIBILITY Magazine; and Coordinators of the publication of MED-VIEW Airline’s Inflight Magazine]

He is also on the Boards of the following companies;

• Aries Concept Nigeria Limited
• EBIM Strategic Development Initiative

Mr. Akinsiku is also engaged in consultancy services for both local and international organizations some of which are;
WORLD BANK/NEWMAP
• Director of Communications [Aries Concept Nigeria Limited- the Communications Consultants engaged by the FPMU to coordinate Sensitization activities on the Project]. The Project started in seven states in the South-South and the South East [Abia, Anambra, Cross River, Ebonyi, Edo, Enugu, and Imo]. Twelve states recently joined, and it is now running in 19 states in Nigeria.
EUROPEAN UNION/NDSP 4:
• Currently uses the platform of Isaac Phritnol Professional Services to consult for the European Union in the Niger Delta Development Support Programme [Component 4] in all areas Grassroots mass mobilization and branding.

In addition to these, he is also serving the Executive Council of the Outdoor Advertising Association of Nigeria, (OAAN) since 2007. Currently, serving as member, South-West Government Relations Committee and the Manpower Development Committee of the Association.

He is bringing all the experience gained in starting and nurturing several companies to world class businesses to ADG LOGISTICS AND COURIER SERVICES as the Managing Director and Chief Promoter.
